landmark, Sungai
Petani's Clock Tower.Hotel Seri Malaysia is the closest hotel situated just opposite to it within a walking distance and there is also a KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) outlet nearby for a quick meal. Apart from the famous clock
tower, visitors may take a further stroll along Jalan Ibrahim, which is
the main road in Sungai Petani for the scene of the historical
buildings such as HSBC Bank (the beautiful British colonial building
built in 1921)
and the old police station (Built in 1916) at the
junction to Kuala Ketil Road. |
