in Lunas town, Kedah. It is about 100 metres from
the traffic junction to Jalan Lunas (also Route K136)
and opposite across the road is the old post office.

The mansion was owned by Soon Ah Lee @ Baba Lee (孫亚厘@ 孙厘), known as one of the founder of Lunas town among the three men. The other two men were Loh Boon Ghee@ Loh Boon Ngee (盧文儀) and Lim Lean Teng (林连登).

Uniquely, it was built in 1928 during the British occupation of Malaya and even before the historical event of Japanese troops captured Malaya in 1945.
This bungalow of Soon Cheng Sai Bros, with a Chinese architectural design is worth a visit when passing by the Lunas town, as being considered as one of the most distinguished heritage buildings there.
